Motorists
From Brunswick
Follow U.S. Route 1, State Route 24 or the Bath Road to Cook’s Corner.
Follow Route 24 south toward Orr’s and Bailey Islands, approximately four (4) miles.
Turn left onto Cundy’s Harbor Road.
From South Harpswell
Follow Route 123 north or south to junction with Mountain Road.
Follow Mountain Road (east) three (3) miles to junction with Route 24.
Follow Route 24 north toward Cook’s Corner approximately four (4) miles.
Turn right onto Cundy's Harbor Road.
From Orr’s and Bailey Islands
Follow Route 24 north toward Cook’s Corner approximately 9.5 miles (from Bailey’s) or approximately 6.5 miles (from Orr’s).
Turn right onto Cundy’s Harbor Road.
Once on Cundy’s Harbor Road
Follow Cundy’s Harbor Road five (5) miles until you reach the sign “Caution End of Public Road.” Parking is freely available on the north side of the Holbrook-Trufant House and at Holbrook’s Wharf.
Please approach Gallery from the main road.
Mariners
Approach the mouth of the New Meadows River, approximately twenty (20) nautical miles northeast of Portland and thirty (30) nautical miles southwest of Boothbay Harbor (Cundy’s Harbor is approximately one half mile up the New Meadows River, opposite the northern end of Bear Island on the east).
Steer toward Holbrook’s Wharf at south end of Harbor.
Visitors are welcome at Holbrook’s Public Dock from which the Gallery is in prominent view. Please approach Gallery from the main road, a short walk up the hill from the dock.
